NOTICE TO NetBranch USERS
For your protection we have enhanced the sign in process on NetBranch with "Multi-factoring Authentication" ( MA )effective November 22, 2006. MA recognizes your PC when you sign on to NetBranch or asks you a series of questions that only you know answers to, if you are signing on from another PC. This process protects you by not allowing anyone else access to your account if they do not have the information required. When you first access NetBranch you will notice the screens have changed. You will be prompted through the process of setting up your access questions. This process will take place based on the birthdate of the primary account holder. If you have any questions on accessing NetBranch please contact any New Account or Member Service Representative at 932-1010 or 224-2555.
